• When it started
• Whether there was a water event (leak, burst pipe, storm, sewer backup)
• Whether HVAC has been running through the affected area
• Storm history if applicable (Katrina, Ida, intervening events)
• Whether this is for insurance, real-estate, landlord-tenant, or general concern
• Preferred callback time

Five to eight minutes of intake gets a homeowner a realistic price range and a scheduled visit.
